You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

You retain all rights to the content you upload to SingShare. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content on the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload and that such content does not violate any third-party rights.

You agree not to: (a) upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights; (b) engage in harassment, bullying, or hate speech; (c) spam or engage in unauthorized commercial activities; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (e) upload malicious code or viruses; (f) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
6. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our community guidelines. However, we are not obligated to monitor all user content.
